Barre
The Barre workout method has exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001. It lifts the seat, tones the thighs and upper body, and creates the long and lean muscles of a dancer through small isometric movements centred around a ballet barre.

Although it is an intense, athletic workout, Barre is for everyone. The method includes PureBARRE (low impact, technique focused); BARREAmped (high energy, high repetition); and BARRExtend (concentrating on mobility and flexibility).

Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates offers bendy-bodied fun similar to Hot Bikram yoga in a toasty chamber heated to 30-35 degrees Celsius, but this time classes are less focused on practicing calmly meditative poses, and more intent on developing core strength, muscle tone, and banishing chronic aches
and pains.

The class takes you through a sequence of targeted core work, forward bends and spinal twists while the heart and lungs fight against the heat for a great cardio workout!

These classes are a fun and effective way to increase overall body tone, improve cardio endurance and strengthen those all important core muscles, improving posture. We all look better when we stand tall! The sessions are designed to transform the body to one of equal balance, strength and flexibility.
