Cayman Collins

Main Story:  Henry Vasquez @ Bar Jack, Ritz-Carlton 

  • 1½ oz Grey Goose L’Orange
  • ½ oz Passion fruit liqueur
  • Mango and passion fruit puree
  • Sweet and sour mix
  • Soda

Put purees in the bottom of a tall glass. Add the Grey Goose L’Orange and passion fruit liqueur, then add the sweet and sour mix, ice, and top with a splash of soda. Garnish and enjoy.
