Enjoy a progressive dinner party
If you can’t settle on one dinner spot, then try Camana Bay’s progressive dinner party. Held every Wednesday, this guided dining adventure focuses on local ingredients presented in the unique styles of Camana Bay’s signature restaurants. Start at the West Indies Wine Company for a glass of bubbly before heading off to enjoy four small-plate courses and cocktail pairings at the restaurants of Camana Bay. Splurge at Blue by Eric Ripert
If you fancy really pushing the boat out then you can’t go far wrong with a fine dining experience at Blue by Eric Ripert, at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The only restaurant in Grand Cayman to have earned the distinction of a AAA Five Diamond Award, the restaurant is the brainchild of celebrated seafood chef Eric Ripert. At Blue you can enjoy a selection of exquisite seafood dishes, all washed down with an unrivalled collection of more than 700 wines from around the world.
Relax at My Bar, Sunset House
If you fancy a location with a laid back, island vibe, then head to My Bar at Sunset House for a relaxed and informal dinner date. With fabulous ocean views, this open-air eatery is located under a huge thatch-roofed cabana along South Sound. The eatery features a selection of great bar snacks, alongside a full menu from the adjacent SeaHarvest restaurant, which boasts some of the best curries available on island. Savor an ice cold beer, enjoy a game of dominoes and watch a spectacular Cayman Islands sunset. You may even see the famous “Green Flash!”
