Foodies, start your engines! The Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) is preparing for one of its most anticipated months of the year, when folks can wine and dine at many of Cayman’s favorite restaurants through October for a fraction of the cost.
The fixed-price menus consist of two- or three-course lunches for $15 or $20, and three-course dinners for $25, $35 or $45.
The main idea behind CITA’s Restaurant Month was to increase traffic to restaurants during an otherwise slow season.
Julie Allan, General Manager at Rackams, and CITA Restaurant and Night Club Board Director says, “I am really excited about this year’s Restaurant Month. We will be seeing a lot of restaurants participating, offering a variety of amazing dishes.”
“October brings the local population and visitors an eclectic selection of restaurants to experience at a greatly reduced price.”
Tiffany Dixon-Ebanks, Executive Director of CITA, echoes Allan’s sentiments, saying, “As we approach what promises to a month of mouthwatering offerings, I would like to extend an invitation to visitors and residents alike to visit all participating establishments and enjoy meals at great rates.”
Restaurants include such favorites as Rackams, Casanova by the Sea, Guy Harvey’s, the Lobster Pot, Ristorante Pappagallo and the Brasserie.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to treat yourself to a day or night out at some of your favorite haunts. This is also an excellent chance to try out new places and taste what you’ve been missing.
