Visual Arts Society: October will feature a variety of workshops with Australian clay instructor Debbie Eldemire. Getting to know clay, is a four day morning course, stretching from 9am to 1pm on 15, 16, 29 and 30 October. This beginner’s level course costs CI$475 including materials
Extended clay: is a four day evening course which runs from 6pm to 9pm on 12, 13, 19 and 20 October. It will cover intermediate and advanced techniques of hand building, armatures and slings, draping and wrapping and textural effects. The cost is CI$390 including materials.
There will also be kids classes: aimed at teaching 10 to 15-year-olds basic techniques. The two day courses will take place on Saturdays, with the first on 10 and 17 October and another on 24 and 31 October. The classes cost CI$175 including materials.
