Keith Sweat is an R’n’B and soul singer/songwriter and record producer.
Born in Harlem, New York, Keith’s career kicked off in 1987 with the release of his debut album Make it Last Forever, which sold three million copies.
Having released 13 albums in total, with live and compilation albums included, Keith has enjoyed more than two decades of success in the music industry and has expanded into producing.
He discovered the band Silk in 1992, and helped create their debut album, Lose Control, from which the number one single Freak Me originated.
Keith also discovered the female R’n’B group Kut Klose and the group Ol’ Skool before forming the group LSG with Gerald Levert and Johnny Gill in 1997. He has also produced records for Dru Hill, Men At Large, The Isley Brothers, The O’Jays and Immature.   WH
