Chef Luis Lujan will demonstrate cooking techniques while Sommelier Kristian Netis shares the secrets of a perfect wine pairing. Blue by Eric Ripert Kitchen Wine Series Dinner: Austrian Wine Saturday 21 August at 7pm Celebrate Austrian wines with guest Sommelier Aldo Sohm of Le Bernadin, named the best sommelier in teh world in 2009. He’ll be joined by fellow Austrians Guntram Merl, director of food and beverage, and Martin Hoetzl, restaurant manager. Chef Luis will prepare a special menu designed to complement the wines.
