On Friday, Feb. 13, in the Marriott Grand Cayman ballroom, people will be dressing in their very best red attire, or 1960s costume, to support the Cayman Heart Fund at its annual gala dinner.
This very popular event sells out every year, and if this year’s ticket sales are anything to go by, you should act fast and get yours before the last table is gone.
Local band Sea ‘N B will once again be taking to the stage, this time reviving their “Beaglemania” repertoire that has been such a hit in the past.
This nod to the Beatles and other top bands of the 60s has prompted organizers to encourage attendees to dress up in costumes from that funky era. A prize will be given to the best outfit, so start digging through the closet for those colorful headbands, knee-high white boots, and big hair wigs!
It all kicks off with welcome drinks and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a fabulous dinner, and a spirited live auction. There are some terrific auction items up for grabs, including VIP experiences, travel, and unique gifts. Now’s the time to start flexing your paddle arm.
For tickets or more information please email [email protected] or call 345-916-6324. Tickets are $150 each or $1350 for a table of 10.
The Cayman Heart Fund is a non-profit, non-government organization dedicated to the reduction of heart and circulatory disease in the Cayman Islands.
Heart and circulatory disease, known as cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the #1 health problem here.
The organization’s aim is to help prevent and reduce the early deaths, long-term disabilities and widespread suffering that heart and circulatory diseases cause.
