January is fast becoming a month for foodies in Cayman, and Cayman Cookout is a big reason for the season. Every year, fans of culinary delights and fine wines fly in to rub shoulders with some of the biggest celebrity names in the dining industry.

Anyone who has attended Cookout in the past will be familiar with many of the events on the schedule, and the fact that the three amigos – Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain and Jose Andres – are always “on the menu,” delights their hordes of fans. However, there are some exciting new additions to this year’s calendar, and another big piece of news is Emeril Lagasse’s confirmation that he will be here too. “BAM” is what we’ve got to say about that!

Ultimate Wine Fair & Auction presented by Jacques Scott & Chefs of The Ritz-Carlton
