MOTION ON THE OCEAN

This is a great way to beat the heat! The Motion on the Ocean cruise boards at 2:50pm and leaves Cayman Islands Yacht Club at 3pm, returning at 7pm. Tech house, drum and bass and jungle vibes provided by DJs Cliff , Rob James, Mat Banx and Mortein.

Drink specials and prizes for best dance moves.

LAW OF ATTRACTION POP-UP TALK

If you are one of those people who puts everyone else ahead of yourself, take an hour to attend this talk with Helen Cernigliaro at Cayman Yoga Club in West Shore Centre from 1:30-2:30pm. Cernigliaro is a certified
coach with over 20 years of experience in motivational speaking. What happens when we allow ourselves

BRAID LIKE A BOSS

Whether it is your own hair or someone else’s, braiding is a skill, particularly when taken to the French/fishtail levels of this world.

Art Nest Creative Studio is branching out beyond painting and crafts to off er a hair-braiding workshop from 6-8pm.

Learn how to master the mythical 11 strand braid, like something out of a classic Robin Hood movie.

You’ll be practicing on a mannequin head, so no need to drag a long-haired friend along.

Cost is $30 per person.

NIGHT BAZAAR

You don’t have to fly to Asia to sample its wonders. Head to the night market at Mizu in Camana Bay where
cuisine and beverages inspired by China, Thailand, Japan and Korea will be served up between 6 and 9pm.

A $29 food ticket opens up a world of all-you-can-eat and there will be a cash bar on the premises.

The menu includes Japanese whiskey, craft beer and sake.
